Voice coils are an essential part of every speaker, thats why we take pride in building high quality voice coils for a reasonable price. We can produce voice coils with a ID as small as .150" to as large as 8.000".
Precision and the employees who work for us are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality voice coils possible. We have a strict quality system in place to make sure the coil specifications you give us are the same when you get the coils back at your production facility. All voice coils produced are checked at key production points to make sure they match your specifications.

Production sizes are from Φ5.0—Φ200mm. They are capable of producing round wire coils including 2 layers, 4 layers, 6, even up to 12 layers and beyond with the option of winding these coils or any number of the layers to the internal side of the bobbin = essentially an internal / external voice coil. For multi layers of four or more, dual coils can be wound either with bifilar (two closely spaced parallel windings) or one coil over the other. For flat wire coils, our capabilities include both single and multiple layer ‘edgewound’ and side wound versions, also with the option of winding any or all of the layers on the interior side of the former. Furthermore we can offer round and flat wire dual voice coils with coils wound on different sections of the bobbin.Furthermore we are always ready for special winding designs, as per the customers needs. We like challenges.
